Your New Company
Our client is a secure Scottish-owned builder with an exceptional reputation for the delivery of complex refurbishments in Scotland up to £30million. Due to project wins, they are now seeking to add an ambitious construction professional to their team. This role is operationally focused project manager.
Your new role
As Project Manager, you will be operationally responsible for the delivery of complex refurbishment projects. Depending on the size of the project, you could be working as part of a team or delivering the project yourself. Reporting to a Contracts Director, you will be responsible for deploying and managing your team of site managers and subcontractors in the delivery of refurbishment work on projects in Scotland. From managing and reviewing the construction programme to working with key external stakeholders such as architects, engineers and clients, you will play a key role in the delivery of these projects. As Project Manager, you will ensure a positive atmosphere is developed on-site, supporting company quality and health and safety policies.
What You'll Need To Succeed

Ideally, you will have a trade or degree background and enjoy working on high-end premium refurbishments. You must be an excellent communicator, comfortable holding meetings of key stakeholders and ensuring your employers' commercial interest is protected.
