Responsibilities
- Perform accurate quantity take offs from plans and specification
- Obtain quotes and define scope of work for subcontractors and vendors
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
- Attend onsite prebid meetings
- Must be a US resident
- Must have a Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office Products and HCSS Heavy Bid
- Knowledge of civil sitework and concrete work
- Ability to work independently to meet estimate deadlines and client requirements
