Job Summary and Qualifications
As the Division Coordinator of Workforce Development, you will facilitate the development and maintenance of a comprehensive workforce plan to support business objectives. You will support program design, lead grant management efforts, manage relationships with key stakeholders, and support student recruitment and retention efforts. You will be responsible for oversight of the development and execution of workforce programs that train, educate, and equip HCA’s workforce and future workers with the necessary healthcare skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifies academic partners with organizational infrastructure for development of grant-funded workforce development programs.
- Builds and maintains relationships with academic partners through regular meetings.
- Leads data collection and reporting for grant management in collaboration with academic and community partners.
- Assists in grant writing and management efforts in collaboration with academic partners and relevant HCA stakeholders.
- Participates in the design and implementation of programs to meet division clinical needs (e.g., PCT Apprenticeship program) per grant guidelines.
- Develops strong relationships with key HCA stakeholders (e.g., Academic Affairs, TA, Clinical Education).
- Provides empathetic support to trainees to increase retention and successful program completion
What qualifications you will need:
- Bachelors Degree is required
- 3 years applicable work experience is required
- 1 years experience in HR is preferred
- 1 years experience in grant management is preferred
- Project Management Training is preferred
- MS Project Software Training is preferred
