Our team is seeking a Director of Environmental Services to join our team! This leader will be responsible for the following:

1. Conduct/ oversee annual training/development and other in-services for EVS.
2. Lead all aspects of EVS department
3. Manage and oversee all departmental budgets, financial data and statistics.
4. Develop and implement quality processes for reporting departments and internal users.
5. Establish policies, procedures, and work process standards.
6. Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies.
7. Encourage staff development and participation in education programs.
8. Act as liaison between reporting departments and both internal and external users.
9. Maintain a customer, safety, and service focus for all reporting departments.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 5 years of management experience 
• 3  years Environmental Services experience highly preferred

EDUCATION:      

• Bachelors degree required or equivalent experience
