Galen College is looking for an ambitious and energetic Healthcare Partnership Manager to develop business to business (B2B) and business to customer (B2C) relationships and create qualified leads for the online Enrollment Counselors (ECs). This position is responsible for a given geographic area, tracking potential leads in CRM and in conjunction with the EC team to ensure the individual is sufficiently committed to the enrollment process.
The goal is to increase networking opportunities by direct contact that facilitates exposure to Galen’s RN to BSN program at high value account locations such as hospital systems, staffing agencies, professional associations, and community colleges.
- Build a pipeline of prospective students by establishing relationships via healthcare partnerships.
- Develop and implement Business-to-Business (B2B) strategies to increase networking opportunities that facilitates regular exposure of Galen’s RN to BSN and MSN programs at high-value account locations, including healthcare systems, staffing agencies, professional associations, and community colleges.
- Develop and implement Business-to-Customer (B2C) strategies to increase enrollment at Galen using effective value-propositioning techniques, including solutions based consultative engagements to inspire nursing graduates with an Associate Degree in nursing to enroll in the RN to BSN and MSN programs.
- Manage assigned geographic area and implement strategies for account penetration to increase prospective student inquiries.
- Create and execute event and activity plans, which includes conducting informational and sales presentations to generate potential leads for the RN to BSN and MSN programs.
- Initiate student enrollment process from lead generation prior to passing the prospect along to the Enrollment Counselor team.
- Maintain an inquiry database and reports in both CRM and CampusVue.
- Provide reporting and projections regarding lead flow & development to management as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree or five years of related experience with a minimum of 60 college credits completed with demonstrated progress towards a Bachelor’s degree
- Three years of demonstrated success in outside business development, consultative sales or account management experience
- Established hospital network strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and sales presentation skills with strong verbal and written communication skills
- An entrepreneurial and determined attitude in order to meet performance targets, and confidence to work independently without daily oversight
- Computer/office software proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM. CampusVue experience preferred

Physical/Mental Demands and Work Environment:
Position requires mental activity, reading, planning, preparing, evaluating, and decision-making.
Physical demands in classroom and office are minimal and considered sedentary work with occasional lifting and/or carrying such articles as records, files, and books (10 pounds maximum). Operation of standard office equipment such as phone, computer, classroom projector, Scantron, and printer/scanner, occurs on a frequent basis.
