Job Summary and Qualifications

Work as a member of a strong team to provide nursing care for the comfort and well being of patients. Administers medications, changes dressings and provides wound care as well as liaison between providers and patients. Documents care delivery, patient condition, reaction and progress. Utilizes the Nursing Process (Assessment, Planning, Implementation and Evaluation), in the delivery of professional nursing care to the clinic population in accordance with physician practices policies and procedures. Provides patient education, especially in regard to pharmaceuticals and support the business goals of the practice.

What qualifications you will need:

Required Education: Graduate of accredited LPN program

Required License: Must have and maintain a current North Carolina or other compact state LPN license BLS Certification required within 90 days of employment.

Preferred Experience: Minimum two (2) years experience working in an ambulatory clinic.. Possess an ability to function in a high stress, physically demanding setting.
