As a Credentialing Manager, you will coordinate the credentialing for the facilities under your purview. You will be responsible for the coordination of the credentialing program activities in conjunction with the ambulatory surgery division management team. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between the facility and the centralized processing center on processes pertaining to initial appointment, reappointment and clinical privileging.
You Will:
- Develop facility credentialing policies in your market in accordance with accreditation, regulatory standards, HCA policies and medical staff bylaws
- You will prepare credentialing reports for your leaders and the governing body
- You will be responsible for developing and maintaining governance documents
- Facilitate orientation for new Medical Executive committee members

Qualifications
What you’ll need:
· Bachelors degree preferred
· CPCS and/or CPMSM credentialing certification required within 12 months of employment
