Job Summary and Qualifications

Under the direction of the Director of Outpatient Services, this position manages the daily operations of Tucker Wellness and Recovery Center to include throughput, making/breaking down charts, filing, confirming appointments, faxing FMLA, disability, and discharge records, and order supplies.

Experience:
Must have 3 years of clerical and/or receptionist duties; intermediate computer skills.  Proficient in Microsoft Office; exposure to medical terminology and at least 3 years of medical office experience.

Minimum 2-5 years behavioral health office/administrative experience commensurate with educational level preferred.

Education:
Bachelors degree from accredited university in behavioral health/social services discipline preferred.

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
