Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Physical Therapy Aide at our facility you willfind out what it truly means to be a part of a collaborative team where diversity and inclusion thrive. In this role, under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist:

• Assist with restoration of patient functioning to prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability.
• Administer modality treatments such as hot packs or ice packs.
• Inform the supervisor/director when supplies are low and need to be ordered to keep adequate supplies and equipment on hand.
• Straighten up and clean equipment and items in the treatment room and gym area throughout your shift, making sure all equipment is clean and in proper storage areas.
• Perform clerical duties and assist with posting of patient charges in the computer order entry system.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
