Support NFRMC’s Quality department with the coordination of the hospital wide quality assessment and improvement activities, which include but not limited to, quality improvement projects, data analysis, regulatory readiness and compliance, education of staff regarding quality patient care, and medical staff quality preparedness and assistance to such.
EDUCATION REQUIRED AND/OR PREFERRED: (list required and preferred separately)
Associate’s Degree in clinical field required (i.e. Nursing, Radiology, Respiratory, etc.). Bachelor’s Degree in related healthcare field required within 3 years.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED OR PREFERRED: (list required and preferred separately)
3 to 5 years related experience in acute care clinical experience. Clinical quality knowledge or experience with JCAHO & other regulatory agencies, process improvement, and PI tools including computer programs such as Word & Excel required.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:
Demonstrated skills in organization, verbal and written communications, customer service, math, analysis, reading, following instruction, basic computer usage. Maintains current knowledge of regulatory and accreditation agency requirements such as The Joint Commission, CMS, state Health Department, AHCA, Boards of Licensure, the Occupational Health and Safety Administration, and the Centers for Disease Control.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: (list required and preferred separately)
FL license within clinical discipline required.
