Job Summary and Qualifications

• In this role you will have the opportunity to facilitate groups
• You will lead the interdisciplinary treatment team
• This role allows you to complete assessments including those associated with admission and the psychosocial
• You are responsible for overseeing Process Improvement initiatives
• You will recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in quality and efficiency of department and services performed
• This opportunity will allow you to assist with orientation and training of new staff as assigned
• You will participate in staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars/professional development as requested

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Masters Degree

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
