We are looking for a highly talented and self- motivated Compliance Control consultant to join us on our journey in advancing
the technological world through innovation and creativity.
Activating the Certification Groups (SOX, GxP, IT Admin and PHI) in IDM for review for EBS and SAP. Capture Screenshot evidence from all the Oracle EBS teams /SAP (DBA, Security, Backup, Server). Follow-up with BPO s, Corporate QA s, System Manager s to complete the Certifications in IDM on time. Finalizes all the Semi-annual Maintenance document and get it reviewed with System Manager s and QA. Take care of Change management process through QMS. Conduct weekly cadence for QMS change controls, CAPA and Deviations. Work with the respective stakeholders to ensure timelines are met. Perform reviews on Semi-annual maintenance and coordinate with SOX team for timely completion and submission. Work with system managers to complete Survey Monkey and provide all required evidence. Route all the necessary forms pertaining to compliance and submit for approvals. Work closely with SoX/Audit team to complete the semi-annual maintenance and certification. Perform periodic review on EBS/SAP to capture all the changes/CAPAs during the given time frame, review and obtain approvals from Corporate QA. Track, review, complete and route GMAX Work orders on completion of Semi-annual maintenance. |
