Job Title: Senior Consultant - MES
Location: Dublin, Ohio (Onsite; minimum of 3 days per week)

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant with a strong background in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to join our team on a long-term assignment. This role requires significant expertise in automotive MES applications and will involve leading the MES team .The ideal candidate will have approximately 15 years of relevant experience and a proven track record of successful MES deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the lead consultant for the MES team, providing strategic guidance and leadership.
- Oversee and manage MES projects, ensuring successful implementation and integration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their MES requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
- Utilize expertise in automotive and similar MES systems to drive project success and address any challenges.
- Provide technical support and insights related to MES systems, including Apriso, FactoryTalk, or SIMATIC/OpC.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants and team members.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and project alignment.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with automotive and similar MES systems.
- Proficiency in MES technologies such as Apriso, FactoryTalk, or SIMATIC/OpC.
- Approximately 15 years of relevant experience in MES consulting or a related field.
- Proven track record of multiple MES deployments with a focus on successful outcomes.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work onsite in Dublin, Ohio, at least 3 days per week.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced certifications in relevant MES technologies.
- Previous experience working specifically within the automotive industry.
