Direct Support Professional 3 days per week - 2.5 hours each day

We are hiring compassionate, hard working, friendly and reliable Direct Support Professionals to work with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. (I/DD). If you don't have previous I/DD experience, we'll provide training!

Responsibilities:
  • Teaching skills to promote independence
  • Supporting community inclusion and integration
  • Assisting with daily living needs
  • Mentoring individuals to help build social skills and relationships
  • Provide guidance and support in daily activities
  • Transportation between Murphy and Andrews most probable for each/most of the 3 days per week. Transportation is reimbursed at .$35/mile up to 60 miles per week.
Qualifications:
  • 18 years of age or older
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • You might be driving to client's home or with client, so a reliable form of transportation
