Job Summary
Under supervision, this position is responsible for processing benefit changes, reworking, rewriting, terminations, adding new product lines and providing basic overall group policy information.
Processing policy change requests and recalculation of bills.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- High School Diploma.
- 1 year of business experience.
- Organizational and analytical skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- PC proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, and other Office 365 products
- Experience working independently and in a team setting.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Customer Service experience.
- Insurance industry experience.
- LOMA certification.
THIS IS A FLEX ROLE WORKING 3 DAYS IN THE OFFICE AND 2 DAYS FROM HOME
