Primary Responsibilities
In the role of GIS Analyst, we'll count on you to
- Independently configure Esri Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solutions in ArcGIS Online and Enterprise
- Independently conduct advanced spatial analyses using ArcGIS or other GIS software
- Develop vector and raster spatial analysis models using Spatial ModelBuilder, SAFE Software FME, Python or other GIS scripting languages
- Develop geodatabase schemas and analysis methods needed to support project goals
- Participate in project marketing, budget development and resource scheduling
- Supervise other GIS professionals as needed
- Perform other duties as needed

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Geography, Planning, Engineering, Natural Sciences or closely related field
- Minimum of 5 years of practical GIS experience an advanced degree in relevant field may offset 4 years of experience
- Proficient in use of ArcGIS and ArcGIS extensions (3D Analyst, Spatial Analyst, Publisher, etc)
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- GISP, AICP, PE or other professional certification a plus
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Experience Builder, Web App Builder, Esri Dashboards, Story Maps
- Ability to customize/configure Esri Industry Solutions
- Experience with administrating ArcGIS Online/Enterprise
- Experience with SAFE Software FME Desktop or Server a plus
- Experience with scripting languages (python, arcade, R) a plus
- Experience with Esri GeoBIM, Urban, InDoors, Utility Network a plus
- Experience with relational databases a plus
- Experience with application development processes a plus

The expected compensation range for this position is $57,519.00 - $82,170.00 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.

Salary : $57,519 - $82,170
