Primary Responsibilities

In the role of Transportation Engineering Intern, we'll count on you to:

Work as a design team member to prepare technical reports, plans, specifications and studies.

• Connect with recent college graduates and our company leaders through mentoring and young professionals' programs.
• Perform assignments under the direct supervision of a professional to assist with tasks including the development of project design criteria, analytical models, calculations and construction documents.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program (or closely related field)
• Attention to detail a must
• Must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Self-Starter and dedicated to a quality-based mindset.
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prefer 2 years completed toward degree with a minimum of 3.0 GPA.
• Demonstrated knowledge of software packages related to field of study/industry.
• Local Candidates Preferred

The expected compensation range for this position in White Plains is $20-$23 hourly depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.)
