Primary and Essential Duties and Responsibilities |
- Provide cross functional SAP operational support – including ability to make SAP configuration in support of business needs, and understanding of integration between modules and through to FI/CO – specific experience in MM/PP/QM preferred
- Experience with MTO and/or Government reporting a plus
- Experience with SAP bolt-on 3rd party tools (such as Concur UKG, Kofax, Winshuttle/Evolve) a plus
- Ability to follow proper configuration documentation and testing approaches
- Ability to articulate related business process flow to both business and technical associates
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowldege of and ability to create SAP queries and/or report writer/report painter reports
- Assists with other functional areas in SAP where applicable as well as perform project related tasks for migrating HDT acquisitions to SAP
- Leads /supports IT approved work list requests and approve IT projects as required
- Supports, communicates, reinforces and defends the mission, values and culture of the organization
- Adheres to all quality and safety standards
- Supports other projects and performs duties as assigned

Experience / Knowledge / Skills / Abilities |
- SAP certification course and training completion desired
- Ability to manage multiple projects and utilize analytical problem solving skills
- Strong SAP and high level of software/application skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work a varied schedule, willing to work overtime when necessary
- Some travel required
- Possesses quality orientation and high attention to detail
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with customers, vendors, employees and managers at all levels within the company
- Possesses strong computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in standard business software packages (e.g., Microsoft Office)
