Headley Careers is hiring an Acquisition Assistant! This supportive position deals with the strategies, tactics, and processes for identifying, recruiting, and retaining candidates and clients. At Headley Careers we work with small and large companies to supply the perfect long–term hires. We focus on building long-lasting relationships with our clients and candidates. This is an important position that will work directly with the CEO.
Monday - Friday 8am-4pm (in person)
The responsibilities of this position will include, but are not limited to:
Coordinate with the CEO to identify client needs
Client research, sourcing, and development
Plan interviews and selection procedures
Schedule virtual and in-person meetings
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
Search and analyze prospective candidates
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Foster long-term relationships with candidates and clients
Learning and Implementing new software integrations
CRM development
Interview Preparation
Resume development
Client and candidate communications
Marketing material development
Attend networking events with the CEO and on behalf of the company
Dictation documentation for the CEO
Contract reviews

This is a salary-paid position of $30,000-$50,000 (depending on experience) with commission bonuses.
Salary : $42,700 - $54,000
