This position provides clinical administrative and patient support in Headlights outpatient esketamine program. This position is onsite at our Portland office.
To deliver mental health services in a way that’s easier and more human for everyone involved.

- Getting help with mental health can be challenging and confusing for a lot of people. We remove barriers and simplify the process because it helps our clients get help and allows us to grow and help more people.

Providing daily patient care, monitoring, and charting in EHR for esketamine program.
- Including logging and proper inventory.
- Obtaining prior authorizations for new patients and maintaining authorizations for active patients.
- Office administrative tasks include but are not limited to answering phones, sending scheduling reminders, maintaining office inventory, and communicating patient scheduling with in-houseproviders.
Previous experience in a medical office and / or a mental health setting is preferred
- Previous EHR experience and medical insurance experience preferred.
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor, and interface well with patients in a mental health setting.
