As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for servicing our customers within the territory designation of Florida. A Field Technician’s primary responsibility is break/fix measures for our customers, inclusive of knowledge of software and solutions that may be a part of the client’s scope of need.

Responsibilities
Punctual, hardworking and have a positive attitude.
Respond to all customer’s concerns promptly and follow through on all commitments
Ability to Diagnose technical issues with imaging equipment or network configurations
Ability to maintain an organized tool and parts inventory
Ability to use any electronic device provided in order to dispatch and complete service calls
Self-motivated to excel and able to multi-task in order to be efficient
Ability to work as a team with other technicians to accomplish tasks
Maintain productivity requirements, maximize revenue opportunities to increase profitability
Represent Kyocera Southeast in a professional manner in conduct and appearance to maximize both customer and employee satisfaction
Keep up with training and certifications
Qualifications
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in network connectivity and have a minimum of 1 year in the printer/copier service repair
Have a clean driving record and personal vehicle for daily use
Be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. to assist in loading/unloading equipment
Preferred:
E-Automate experience not required
