About the Manager, People Operations at Headspace:
As the People Ops Manager you will be hands-on, and able to flex from strategic to tactical work while being a thoughtful leader that provides coaching, support, and development within the People Ops Team, and with key stakeholders throughout the organization. In this role, your focus areas will include US and UK total rewards, People data and HR technology management, immigration, parental and other leaves of absence, geographic expansion, HR compliance, and change management.
Reporting to the VP, People Engagement & Operations, this role will ensure that Headspace’s People Operations function is innovative, strategic, objective and data centric. You will be responsible for HR data integrity and analytics that allow us to ensure we’re making the smartest people decisions while moving at speed.
Our team is dedicated to making the people function a key driver in smarter operational decision making and the number one allies in fostering happy and healthy teams.
Location: This role is open to remote employees in select US states: California, New York, Florida, Georgia, Texas, Maryland + Washington DC, North Carolina and Washington.
