Area Manager Supervisor - Developmental Services - Windsor County

The DS AM Supervisor is a key member of our DS senior management team. This role is instrumental in ensuring that the developmental services HCRS provides in Windsor County are thoughtful, meaningful, timely, effective and compliant and that the team providing these services feel supported and equipped to do their jobs.

To be considered, you will need:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field, and 5 years of working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• At least two years of leadership and/or supervisory experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• An understanding of Developmental Services in Vermont
• The ability to train, support and supervise staff.
