About The Opportunity
- Team Composition: 5 Nurse Practitioners.
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8AM-8PM; Saturday & Sunday: 8AM - 4PM
- Call: Shared call responsibilities.
- Patient Distribution: 100% Outpatient
- Patient Volumes: Up to 30-40 patients per day
- Preferred previous UC experience or 2 years Primary Care. Open to the right candidate without prior experience.
