STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY:
The Staff Aide/ Personal Care Aide is a person who, under professional supervision, provides patients assistance with nutritional and environmental support as an extension of self-directed patients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
Successful completion of an approved training program in home health services, or, an approved personal care aide training program, or PCA Alternative Competency Demonstration (ACD) approved by the Department of Health, or An equivalent exam approved by the Department.
Requirements:
- On Call
- Owns a vehicle
- Can travel to all Erie/ Niagara Counties
- Fully Covid Vaccinated
- Must be able to work with any client
- Must be able to work with pets or smokers
- Must be able to be mandated
