Job Summary:
The primary responsibilities of the Dining Server are to provide excellent food service for residents, guest, and team members which will include taking menu orders, accurately input orders into POS system and ensuring meals are delivered properly; set up and maintain clean, safe, and neat environment for all guests of assigned dining area. Ensure all dining areas are maintained according to Federal and State sanitation and food service guidelines.
Skills and Knowledge
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.
• Function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with older adults, personnel, and support organizations
• Must feel comfortable entering orders electronically and handling cash
• Excellent Customer service and people skills.

Required Qualifications:
1. Must be 18 years of age or older
2. High school diploma or GED
3. All employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment criminal background check, professional reference checks, TB Screen, and physical assessment at time of hire. In addition, proof of COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption is required.
Desired Qualifications:
4.Previous experience as a server in a health care setting or restaurant preferred
