As a Member Concierge at HealthBird, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our members receive a seamless and exceptional experience with our platforms and services. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a trusted advocate, dedicated to the needs and concerns of our members, ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Member Engagement: Proactively engage with members to build strong relationships and gain an understanding of their insurance requirements and preferences.
- Consultation: Provide expert guidance and advice to members regarding insurance products, coverage options, and policy details.
- Onboarding: Assist new members with the onboarding process, explaining enrollment flows, insurance terms, and other relevant information.
- Claims Assistance: Assist members with the claims process, offering support, facilitating claims submissions, and keeping members informed of claim status.
- Problem Resolution: Handle member inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to resolution.
- Education: Educate members on insurance-related topics, such as coverage enhancements, risk management, and industry trends.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized member records, policy documents, and communication logs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, and agents to ensure a coordinated and seamless member experience.
