Our team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists, as well as nurses and physicians will work with you on an individualized care plan to help you get back to your home. Our goal is to help you maximize your independence and mobility and to provide you with the tools you need to help manage your health care. HealthBridge provides 65-private rooms, lounge and dining areas, and a 3,000 square foot rehabilitation gym. Job Summary:

As the Director of Social Work, you will play a critical role in overseeing and leading our social work department. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies, policies, and programs to ensure the delivery of high-quality social work services. You will provide supervision and guidance to a team of social workers, while collaborating with other departments and external stakeholders to achieve our organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

- Provide visionary leadership to the social work department, setting strategic goals and objectives in alignment with the organization's mission and values.

- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure effective and ethical delivery of social work services.

- Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of social work staff, ensuring their professional development and adherence to standards of practice.

- Foster a supportive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

- Monitor program outcomes and quality assurance measures to assess effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

- Establish and maintain partnerships with community organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders to enhance service delivery and resource allocation.

- Stay updated on industry trends, research, and best practices in social work, and integrate relevant advancements into the organization's programs and services.

- Manage the department's budget, allocate resources efficiently, and prepare reports for senior management and funding sources.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, licensing standards, and legal obligations in relation to social work services.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution. A Doctorate in Social Work (DSW) or a related field is preferred.

- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent certification.

- Strong knowledge of social work theories, principles, and practices, with expertise in at least one specialized area (e.g., child welfare, mental health, gerontology, etc.).

- Proven track record in program development, implementation, and evaluation.

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and ethical standards related to social work.

- Proficiency in using technology and software relevant to social work practice and data management.

  • Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person

Salary : $61,800 - $78,300
