PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Health Care Practice Management was founded in 1992 on the foundation of cultivating relationships with our clients in order to service and provide exceptional medical billing services to support their practice. Our 36 clients, all within 22 specialties, spanning from DE, PA, MD, and FL. We are seeking a qualified office coordinator to expand our company, with the goal of innovating our processes and taking HCPM to the next level. Our office coordinator position will provide clerical assistance to all team members which is critical in the overall successful operation of HCPM. This position will entail performing clerical duties (e.g., filing, keying, faxing), entering data and extracting data from multiple systems, charge and payment batching, etc.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The ideal candidate will have a background in an administrative role with strong customer service and computer proficiency
- Responsible for daily mail runs to/from the Post Office
- Works within all functional areas and supports all aspects of HCPM operations as needed
- Assists in ordering supplies for the office and arranging shipments
- Performs quality control on charge and payment batches
- Managing phone calls and updating patient account information
- Scanning and filing patient documents and ensuring complete and accurate information
- Continuously innovate new solutions, influencing and responding to change

- Ability to work in office Monday- Friday within our work hours of M-TH 7:30AM- 4:30PM & F 7:30AM- 1:30PM
- Ability to revel in the details and commitment to following through on all tasks, simple and complex
