We are looking for a motivated Dentist to join our practice full time in Hillsdale, MI. Our ideal Dentist has a combination of clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, willingness to learn with our well-established team and a patient-centered approach. In addition to their technical skills, the incoming Dentist should be compassionate, empathetic, and able to put patients at ease with a gentle chairside manner and the ability to explain complex dental procedures. Teamwork is also important in our dental practice, so we are looking for a likeminded, team player who enjoys collaborating effectively with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff.

Duties:
- General dentist procedures- Restorative, Crowns, and Bridgework, Removable dentures, anterior and molar endodontic procedures, simple and surgical extractions
- Promote oral health and disease prevention
- Diagnose oral diseases
- Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options
- Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient’s oral health
- Review treatment plan options with patients
- Review, maintain and update patients’ medical and dental records
- Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices and standard of care through current continuing education courses and professional development
Requirements:
- DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the American Dental Association Commission on Dental Accreditation (ADA CODA)
- Current MI license to practice dentistry
Schedule:
- Full time
Salary:
- $150,000/annually until meet production goals, then 33% of collections
