Day-to-Day: An employer is looking for a Workforce Data Analyst in the Remote area. This person will have the opportunity to help mold their customer as well as the team in how they approach workforce analytics. The analyst will access, analyze, interpret, and report complex workforce & environmental data to support and elevate the company’s workforce planning process and talent strategies. They will collaborate with senior leaders and managers to identify and recommend strategic data needs that support significant business decisions related to the organization’s workforce. The analyst will provide guidance and consultation on the selection, implementation, evaluation and support of multifaceted systems and information analysis that support hospital operations, HR industry best practices and data analysis methodologies. They will apply substantial depth of skill and experience to review, recommend and implement solutions that enable end users to effectively understand and use data and related to guide decision making and support operations.
Required Qualifications:
- 6 years of experience with Data & Reporting Analytics
- 4 years of recent experience working with HR, Workforce, or Employee related data
- Proficient in SQL queries, views, functions, etc.
- Experience with PowerBI or Tableau
- Experience with complete metrics solution development life cycle, including requirement gathering, analysis, design, coding, testing, & deployment
- Currently or willing to be vaccinated prior to conversion.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $55.00 - $63.00 per hour
