What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Program Monitor position at Healthcare Staffing Professionals?
Healthcare Staffing Professionals has an immediate need for a Contract Program Auditor (CPA). The Contract Program Analyst (CPA) will provide contract grant management for the portion of funds allocated to the unit assigned.
The CPA will help monitor and coordinate the work assigned to ensure the hiring and training of staff is on time, within budget, and within scope.
The CPA will audit and evaluate the services provided by newly hired staff for compliance with grant guidelines.
The position will start immediately upon acceptance and employment clearance and is initially funded through 09 / 30 / 2024 with potential renewal.
Pay Rate-
$37.75 / hr working 40 hours a week

Minimum Qualifications :
- Option I : Two years of experience in an administrative or staff capacity assisting in the planning, developing, monitoring, evaluating, or auditing of health or social service contracts or programs.
- Option : II : A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college and three years' experience providing direct health or social program services, one year of which must have been in program planning and evaluation, program development, research and analysis, or other administrative functions
- A valid California Class C Driver License or the ability to utilize an alternative method of transportation when needed to carry out job-related essential functions.
