Minimum Requirements for this ICU Registered Nurse:
- Florida RN license
- 1 year of ICU RN experience (may take less if you have other acute care exp)
- Acute care RN experience
Daily Responsibilities for this ICU Registered Nurse:
- Provide care for patients that need close monitoring and frequent assessments
- Will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously
- Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
- Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions
