HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Medical Scheduler to fill an opening in Centerville, Ohio.

Daily Responsibilities for Medical Scheduler:

• Schedule appointments; or New Patient Appointments (NOT Scheduling surgeries) for all 35 providers in all locations
• 80-110 calls a day per person, averaging about 700-800 incoming calls a day
• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday are the busiest call days.
• Assist with the referral process
• Update patient information and patient registration
• Ability to handle fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on importance
• Mon-Fri 8-5, some go in a little early (730a) or later (830a) – depends on manager, might be flexible, they take 30 min lunches so sometimes finish up at 430p.
  
  
  

Required Qualifications for Medical Scheduler:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 yr experience with Medical scheduling
• EMR: EClinical (Epic) preferred
• Looking for someone with a great phone personality

Pay Details: $19/hour - $20/hour
