Provider Relations Specialist

We are partnering with a prestigious managed care organization to find a Provider Relations Specialist to join their team in Syracuse, NY!

Company Job Description:

• Assess provider's issues with the team and help resolve those issues to have a high provider satisfaction rate
• Monitor the financial performance of contracts
• Investigate and document provider changes and correspondence
• Coordinate with credentialing to ensure all appropriate documentation is received

Minimal Requirements for Provider Relations Specialist:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous experience in sales, provider relations, or contracting experience
• Experience in Claims Processing
• Managed care experience
