Healthcare Arizona is a rapidly growing new start up organization in Goodyear Arizona, proudly manufacturing advanced memory foam mattresses under the brand name, MLilly which help you sleep cooler and more comfortably through the night so that you wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on whatever the day throws at you. We are currently searching for an experienced IT Manager to join our growing team.
Job Summary:
The IT Manager troubleshoots hardware and software problems, logging problems and documents fixes., Responds to requests for new or configured hardware or software, and keeps inventory up to date., Tracks and monitors day-to-day performance of systems, and conducts analysis with the goal of improving performance., Installs, updates, and repairs software on Healthcare Arizona’s systems.
- Lead large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
- Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
- Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes.
- Work with counterparts all around the world to support and promote corporate guidelines.
- Work with vendors and third-party companies in supplying company needs.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, as well as any network or systems issues.
- Work with internal departments in creating and guiding company policy.
Qualifications for IT Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of managing experience preferred, with experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies.
- Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, with an emphasis on virtual systems preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize.
- Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices.
- Experience with Unifi and Cisco equipment.
Physical Requirements:
