Job Overview
This is a union position.
The LA Warehouse is the central hub for all our programs in the Southern California region. We are responsible for all donations in the Southern California area.
We pick-up, store and ship the donated items on an as needed basis to all our Healthright360 programs. We are the central hub for all required PPE distribution for all our programs.
The primary duties will include donation pick-up and deliveries. Distribution and tracking of PPE. Breaking down / separating pallets of assorted items for delivery.
Keeping the warehouse in order for a clean and safe work environment. Help with our tracking and inventory system.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow all vehicle protocols / paperwork / maintenance requirements for driving our Healthright360 vehicles.
- Pick-up donations as instructed.
- Represent Healthright360 in a professional manner at all times when picking up donations from our donors.
- Help load / unload / separate all warehouse inventory as it comes in.
- Help track and maintain all items that come in and out of the warehouse per our warehouse tracking / inventory system.
- Learn how to create all required paperwork for donation pick-ups.
Education and Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Class C or B License.
- Good written and communication skills.
- Able to work as a team member with all other staff within our warehouse and Healthright360 programs.
- Maintain a clean, safe driving record.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Able to use warehouse equipment such as pallets jacks & dollies.
- Perform all warehouse duties in a timely manner.
In compliance with the California Department of Public Health's mandate, all employees must be able to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
