What You'll Do
As a Speech Language Pathologist with Healthy Living at Home, you will identify functional speech defects and establish a plan of care to improve patients’ function. You will also prepare and submit thorough documentation after each patient visit.
- Your coverage area will include: Sacramento County
- Conduct evaluations, identify functional speech defects, and establish a plan of care utilizing specialized therapeutic techniques
- Maintain and submit appropriate clinical records, notes, and reports from each patient visit
- May supervise home health aide in procedures directly related to the speech–language therapy plan of care
Who You Are
- Master’s degree in Speech–Language Pathology
- Licensed/Certified in Speech–Language Pathology
- Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience in Speech–Language Pathology
- Current CPR certification
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order
