The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of the principles of coordinating and organizing humanitarian trips and office activities. A successful applicant will have an excellent understanding of standard audiology equipment, be able to maintain daily operations, and assist with inventory control.
Position Summary: The HTC Administrator, will perform a variety of complex duties that involve planning, coordinating, and organizing humanitarian trips and office activities. Responsible for flow of communications, correspondences, data collection, tax reporting, and stocking inventory supplies. This position will be required to work with third parties, vendors, and partners to maintain sufficient records for accounting and inventory purposes.
Position Responsibilities:
Qualifications: College degree preferred with experience in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. Must have strong office, computer, oral and written communication skills. Preferred experience in secretarial, administrative, or audiology work. Candidate must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
