What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sauna Attendant position at Hearth Sauna?
Join our team!
We are looking to hire teammates to work at Hearth Sauna 4 - 40hrs per week. Operating hours are Wednesday / Friday evenings 2 - 10pm and Saturday / Sunday 7am - 6pm. Location can be at Mt. Holiday location, or at our Old Mission Peninsula location, or both.
Our goals:
- To provide a comfortable and clean public sauna and cold plunge experience that improves mental, physical, and social health for our guests.
- Spread sauna culture.
- Have fun!
Responsibilities:
- Tend the fire.
- “Front desk” duties. Check in guests. Safety / Orientation talk for new guests.
- Cleaning / tidying.
- Start up or close down the sauna.
Pay: $15/hr to start
