Job description
Heartland Food Products Group needs 2 Recruiters for a 3 month assignment.
SCOPE:
You will support Heartland Food Products Group rapid growth by collaborating with Hiring Managers to provide full cycle recruiting support to meet the needs of the organization in a timely manner. You will be responsible for candidate sourcing, phone screens, assessments, onsite interviews and assisting with on-boarding.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management of open requisitions as assigned
- Sourcing of passive candidates through online recruiting tools as well as candidate management through the Heartland Food Products Group careers portal
- Schedule and conduct phone screens and onsite interviews
- Administer pre-employment assessments
- Assist with the on-boarding process
- Administrative functions related to HR and recruiting functions as needed
- Attend recruiting events when necessary
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field is required
- 3-5 years of experience, high-volume food manufacturing/distribution and/or multi-site organization preferred
- Knowledge of ATS systems, preferably ADP
- Strong foundation and understanding of direct candidate sourcing, with proven ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment, excellent collaboration and relationship building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong work ethic demonstrated by sense of urgency, flexibility and accuracy
