As a Maintenance Representative, you'll maintain cleanliness and safety for an entire Store, inside and out, all while making our customers feel welcome.

What is the work?
Sanitation :
- Maintains Store cleanliness and safety with a sense of urgency and prioritization
- Cleans / picks up trash and debris from flower beds and yard around the Store
- Uses H-E-B chemical program; correctly organizes / maintains stock in maintenance room
- Washes windows and mirrors throughout Store
- Empties / cleans trash receptacles throughout the shift
- Ensures compliance with food safety and sanitation standards / SOPs
Maintenance :
- Communicates maintenance needs, problems, or solutions to Store Leaders
- Performs minor maintenance repairs using simple hand tools
- Maintains ceiling air vents; replaces light bulbs
Customer Service :
- Works with and around customers; attends to their needs
- Assists customers in the location of product
- Performs Customer Service Assistant (CSA) duties, when needed
What is your background?
- Minimum age 18 (mandatory)
- Completion of Company Orientation, Basics of Safety training, and In-store orientation

It is Partners' responsibility to never lift beyond their own safe lifting limit. If an item is too heavy to lift, push or pull, and / or carry, the Partner must break the box down into lighter, smaller, more manageable components, or ask for assistance from another Partner or a manager.
