Attending court hearings and trials
Providing legal advice and counsel to clients
Collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the state bar
2-3 years of experience in commercial litigation
Strong legal research and writing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
