We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Process all accounts receivable/accounts payable
- Oversee payroll administration
- Administer all benefits, including health, dental, vision insurances, and 401(k)
- Track and analyze job costs
- Document injury reports
- Respond to workers comp claims, and coordinate audits
- Prepare books for accountant to complete annual tax return
- Assist in answering phone and following up with customers
- Other tasks and projects as needed
Skills
- Proficient with QuickBooks Desktop
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and find answers not readily available
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
