Salary: $40,000 - $69,000
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based on the U.S. average. The actual base salary offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.
Hours: Full Time, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm with an occasional evening or Saturday.

Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
- Manage and oversee the growth and development of the branch, including executing marketing plans, building relationships with retailers, and overseeing day-to-day operations.
- Recruit, train, and develop branch team members to achieve sales goals and prepare them for career advancement.
- Manage and provide guidance on new and refinanced loans, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Proactively address delinquent accounts by consulting with customers on past-due loan payments.
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service and promptly address customer concerns.
Qualifications
What you should have:
- Minimum of two years of experience in consumer lending preferred
- Experience in collections and/or management preferred
- Strong sales skills and knowledge of sales development strategies
- Ability to delegate, motivate, and lead team to achieve goals
- Ability to uphold compliance standards with regulatory, state and company guidelines at a high level
- Ability to attract, develop, and retain employees
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills
- High School diploma or equivalent. Higher education such as associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
