Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm. Some occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist every customer in a professional manner.
• Process loan applications to determine customer eligibility.
• Educate customers on all product offerings including loan options and insurance products.
• Work with past due customers to bring their account current through collections calls.
• Conduct solicitation calls to generate new business.
• Travel to other area branches required on an as needed basis.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Goal oriented with sales skills and ambition.
• Ability to multitask and effectively manage time.
• Prior experience in customer service or sales industry preferred.
