At Heights Finance we service our communities by offering personal installment loans designed to help our customers get the money they need when they need it through all four of our brand names - Heights Finance, Covington Credit, Quick Credit and Southern Finance.
Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm. Some occasional Saturdays.

- Greet and assist every customer in a professional manner.
- Process loan applications to determine customer eligibility.
- Educate customers on all product offerings including loan options and insurance products.
- Work with past due customers to bring their account current through collections calls.
- Conduct solicitation calls to generate new business.
- HS Diploma or equivalent.
- Goal oriented with sales skills and ambition.
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage time.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales industry preferred.
