We’re looking for a passionate, service oriented, positive and hardworking individual with a love for fitness & wellness to join our spa front desk team at our new premium club in Los Angeles.

The Spa Front Desk will be Responsible for:
You will provide excellent customer service and will ensure a world class spa experience from start to finish. Your role will report to the Spa Manager.

In the role, you will:

  • Be naturally warm and welcoming by nature.
  • Stay informed on the latest offerings within the spa to guarantee the members' experience is exceptional.
  • Be responsible for all aspects of spa, from serving as the first point of contact for spa-related questions to assisting our service providers with anything that they need throughout the day.
  • Perform duties for our members including booking spa appointments, checking in/out services etc.
  • Be comfortable discussing all of Heimat’s amenities.
  • Be comfortable performing appointment confirmation calls to members as well as field incoming appointment requests and calls pertaining to updating account details, payment information and collecting payment.
  • Be comfortable with managing member complaints/issues, and providing outstanding customer service to those individuals to ensure client retention.
  • Support members with accessing spa information on the HEIMAT app.
  • Perform duties including the following but not limited to, spa retail/consumables inventory, data entry, telephone correspondence, spa organization, laundry, light cleaning, end of day reporting to manager, and hourly walkthroughs of the wellness floor.
  • Monitor member satisfaction and ensure a consistently evolving world class member experience, echoing the brand values.
  • Maintain regular and seamless communication with service providers and management to ensure that daily spa operations run smoothly.
  • Perform any additional duties as requested by management.

  • PERSONABLE - You’ll be responsible for translating the essence of the HEIMAT Recovery &

Beauty Spa to our members and staff. As the first point of contact in the spa, you must project warmth and empathy while showcasing superior listening skills.

  • MULTI-TASKER – You work with poise under pressure while navigating multiple member requests simultaneously. Your ability to prioritize allows for efficient workflows while delivering outstanding results.
  • TEAM LEAD - You’ll have a dedicated team of spa service professionals. You’ll ensure that they are all motivated and aligned for success with the best tools and resources, ready to provide five-star service to all members and guests.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of service industry experience; spa or wellness experience a plus but not a requirement.
  • Cosmetology or Massage Therapist license a plus but not a requirement (having these licenses may provide further employment opportunities).
  • Ability to proficiently use POS and booking systems, and any other computer programs required to meet the business needs of the spa.
  • Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Provided ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, multi-task and prioritize, as necessary.
  • Prior experience in answering high-volume phone lines.
  • Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights weekends, holidays, and special events.
  • Must have the ability to bend, squat and lift up to 30lbs.
