Operations Lead

Helbiz is a smart-mobility provider that offers an array of mobility products including electric scooters to cities around the world. Helbiz aims to revolutionize mobility in cities and on campuses by empowering residents with cleaner, more efficient, and more affordable transportation options that improve urban sustainability.

As an Operations Lead, you will work on the operations team alongside our City Manager. At its core, your role will be to localize our business to each of our diverse marketplaces. In this fast-paced role, you will be in charge of the local operations in a new city and establish Helbiz in a short period. This role involves managing different tasks, such as recruiting, operation management, and more in relation and accordance with the City Manager of Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities:

• Be ultimately responsible for ensuring Helbiz's success in Charlotte.
• Assist with the creation of a playbook for a successful launch to implement in each new market.
• Dispatch a large number of field technicians
• Help set up a strong and passionate local team
• Management of the local team
• Structure local partnerships, identify key events and shape the go-to marketing plan
• Be the representative and voice for the Helbiz brand in Charlotte, NC.

Requirements:

• Passion: You should be passionate about social impact, protecting our environment, and new technologies that change lives.
• Time Management: Operations Leads are required to accomplish a lot in a short period. You should have a gutsy, gritty attitude, be confident working with limited resources and under tight deadlines, and not be afraid of working in the field with your team.
• Strong Leadership Skills: You should be a natural leader who has a strong track record of leading initiatives within your organization.
• Flexibility: Being an Operations Lead means having a flexible schedule as that is key to success in this role
• 1-2 years of operations, consulting, marketing, or other management experience preferred
• Previous management experience is preferred
• Strong analytical skills preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
