Logistics:
- $38,000 base salary uncapped commission

Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Prospect call preparation including background research and other pertinent lead information
- Identify candidates needs and provide flexible solution
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in Business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
